Inshore fishing stays in the shallow, protected water around Islamorada: the flats, the mangrove shorelines and the channels under the bridges. We usually catch live bait with the cast net on the way out, then sight fish the flats and work the edges and channels for whatever's biting.
It's light-tackle fishing with plenty of action, from schools of jack crevalle to snapper, barracuda and the odd big shark, and the water is usually calm enough for anyone.
Choose 4, 6 or 8 hours. The price is for the whole boat and up to four guests, whichever boat goes out. Five or six of you? Call or text (786) 730-7840 and we'll put you on the Caymas.
